We now own the land!
When I was growing up, we had a nine-acre plot in Austin that my dad named Adamah (from the Hebrew for "ground"). It has been so convienient over the years to use this name, that Bonnie and I have decided to name our new one-acre plot Meribah ("bitterness"). I am hoping that the name will be ironic rather than prophetic.
